Does the Wi-Fi billing system support M-Pesa payments?
Absolutely. Our billing system is fully integrated with M-Pesa STK Push, Paybill, and C2B APIs. Customers can pay instantly and get access automatically without manual verification.
What happens if my internet goes down — does the system still work?
The system is designed to be resilient. It caches session data and queues payment verification, allowing users to resume sessions once the connection is restored. Offline login modes are also available for some setups.
Do I need a public IP address for the MikroTik to work with Ellevenintel’s system?
No. We offer a secure VPN-based solution to connect routers without a public IP to our cloud system. This saves cost and avoids static IP setup issues.
How much does it cost to set up the system?
We have flexible pricing plans starting from KES 1,500/month. For full ownership and custom builds, we offer a one-time setup starting from KES 250,000. Contact us for a detailed quotation based on your needs.
Do you offer support and training?
